After updating apple software, I lost microsoft, you required to update, it cant be updated. What is this. it is a " highway rubbery ". why I need to be forced to buy your new microsoft software. You shoul have told me when I bought that some years ago. I dont think you even deserve one star, but you did not offer to me " 0" star.

I paid for it. The charges are there but the app keeps asking to purchase it to use it. Have been troubleshooting for over an hour with Apple support.

  • Each update reduces functionality

I've used Word since it was first released. for years, as it moved toward wysiwyg functionality it improved. beginning about 4 years ago the changes begab to reduce the usefullness of the software for most users. As a result I got more work teaching people to use it and how to inyegrate it into their workflow. Increasingly people have migrated to open office and google rather than fight to relearn to use a program that used to work. The program will be useless to me any day now. I only maintain any use of it in order to support others at this point. I use open office and Pages for my own word processing .
  • Crashes repeatably

I have a 15 MB word file. Every time I drag a particular image to a new location, it crashes hard. On the plus side, it notifies me I have lost my recent work and apologizes. On the ironic side, this request for a rating came up after the second crash. Somebody at Microsoft has a wicked sense of humor, hence the one star.

We've paid hundreds of $$$$$$ for each new version of Micrsoft Office for decades, as they FORCE us to pay for upgrades every couple of years or lose all our data. But that wasn't getting into our pockets fast enough so now they are again FORCING pony up every stinking month or lose it all. Because everybody that has an old computer are rick cattle they can milk at will. I can't even remember all the business that actually created Microsofts programs that they now use and call there own where stolen by that giant company. How many billions does Bill Gates need to fed his greed? Why is scaming us out of a couple hundreds bucks every couple of years not enough for these BLOOD suckers? They've now teamed up with Apple so Apple can make sure none of those hundreds of older Office and Adobe app's will work with any upgrade to Apples Operating Systems, cool hu? Gee, what can I do to thank them for hosing me for decades to show me their appreciation for my faithfullness since 1974. Now we have Google in bed with the Communist Chinese, along with facebook, Instagram, Twitter and all the rest, having milked American's out of trillions, then are now in bed with our nations enemies. Thank you very much you freaking traitors. And of course I mean that in the nicest possible way, I wouldn't want to offened you commie pukes for your treatery....
